This is so much smaller than expected

This is an excellent griddle. I particularly like the ceramic surface and the fact that it is completely submersible for washing. And it cleans so easily! Cooks pancakes perfectly with no butter or spray fat needed. 10 x 16" size for convenient storage.

Exactly what I wanted

Cooks more evenly than my last griddle, not huge if you have a big family- over all happy with my purchase- easy to clean, completely non stick, pancakes were perfect

I bought this griddle and threw it away the very next day. Heat distribution was terrible. The cooking surface was flat so bacon grease pooled instead of draining. I know it was only $15 but don't waste your money.

Horrible customer service at gateway. The lady went to look for my stuff, took forever then said they didn't have it. After that i walked away, went to the isle myself and saw the same exact thing I ordered so I just went on the line to buy it. This target employee has to do better.

It’s great for a quick breakfast. I dislike the size. They were much bigger years ago. Other than that the price is still great

The reason for 1 star is due to the packaging of the order that arrived on my doorstep. In addition to the griddle, I had ordered a case of catfood and several other items including an Apple Watch. The outer box was not securely sealed and there was no packing material inside the box at all just all of my products loose moving around. The griddle box was damaged and tearing, so I had to do an in-store exchange for that. My main concern was the expensive Apple Watch, so I also exchanged that in store as well just in case. I would think especially with the apple watch - Target would put extra care due to the cost with this item. A few days later, I received my backorder, which was a pair of boots. They were not in an individual shoe box and there was no packing material in this box as well. The boots appear to be ok, but it would have been nice to see at least paper packing material around the boots to help with cushion and not banging around in the box. Target - you need to put recycleable packing material in the boxes being shipped. I ordered online to save time, but I still had to make a trip into the store for exchanges, as I knew if I reordered online - it would come in the same condition!
