There's no need to dirty a second pan. The skillet is perfect for cooking everything from hearty breakfasts and dinners to keeping appetizers warm on the buffet while entertaining. The electric skillet's convenient reversible design lets you use the cord on either side, so there's no need to worry about the layout of your kitchen or the distance to an outlet. The 12" x 15" nonstick ceramic cooking surface is four times more durable than traditional nonstick, won’t crack or peel and is PFAS free. The skillet lifts off the base to make it easy to serve food straight from the pan at the table. For versatile cooking, the heat on the electric nonstick skillet is adjustable from 200° to 400°F. I absolutely love this skillet. My old one finally gave up the ghost and I procrastinated on purchasing another one. But once I fired this pupppy up, I was a happy camper. It heats evenly, it cleans like a dream, and I love the ability to take it apart to clean it. If you're looking for an electric skillet, I suggest you try this one.

It’s the perfect size. Heats very well. It is very easy to clean. So far I really don’t have any dislikes. I had the same one before and it lasted me 15 years it still worked but not looking all that great! I would suggest to everyone!

I feel like this is more of a 3.5 stars. I’m not sure if it’s a quality control issue or if I just got a defective or previously returned item. The lid is wonky and doesn’t fit properly on the skillet so there is a constant gap on either side because of this. The finish is rough and you have to be cautious washing the edges because you can slice yourself if you’re not trying to clean this thing. It cooks very well and washed nicely but the other issues with the lid and finish seem to be the real problem that I can see with mine anyway. Otherwise it would be a great lidded electric skillet. Maybe a little more attention to quality control at the warehouse? Either way I don’t currently have an oven in my living area so I have to make do and it works for the time being.

Truthfully, I was expecting some very flimsy and low quality. Reality was that I was totally wrong. Hamilton Skillet is very sturdy and high quality. Surface coating is superb and the heating element works fantastic, producing the right temperature in a very short time. Strongly recommend this product

This item is a welcome addition to our kitchen, as cooking in it is a pleasure. It has a large capacity; enough to prepare a meal for 6 to 8 people. It is perfect for those "one dish" casseroles or stir fry meals. It heats up very quickly and maintains a good constant temperature, and when we need to adjust heat higher or lower in mid prep, it does so very quickly. The modular system allows us to bring the top part of the unit directly to the table as a serving vessel. Perhaps best of all, cleanup is quick and easy. One paper towel wipes down the non-stick interior and then it goes right into the dishwasher. Could not be easier! Not only do I recommend this item; I HIGHLY recommend it.

The eggs cooked quickly and with the consistency that I like. The no stick pan was truly no stick and the clean up was so easy. This skillet is worth every penny spent and I would highly recommend this product to anyone in need of a very functional and user-friendly skillet.

I really like this skillet! I cooked sausage, then removed it to cook the frozen veggies, then removed them and boiled the pasta and added everything together. It's non sticking and cooked everything beautifully! Highly recommend!

If you are a fan of the skillet this is going to be your new favorite kitchen item! The first thing I noticed was how easy it was to assemble and breakdown for clean up. Speaking of clean up, cleanup takes little effort and time as it’s one pan and nonstick so it wipes clean quickly!!! (Or just put it in the dishwasher). Ideal for long day at work. I would probably explain this to be a mix between a skillet (cord that has adjustable temperature) and a pan. I personally love the large size as I can cook a meal for my family of 5 and still have enough for lunch the next day.
It is worth the buy!

It is a high quality looking countertop piece that it is easy-to-clean and it also makes a great "to-go cooking dish", which is a plus for me! However, it can get frustrating that the power cord is too short! If it placed in the countertop, you would have to make sure it is placed next to the wall socket. Even though, a short power cord can cause a rearranging of other kitchen appliances from the counter top to connect the skillet, I believe this product still comes in handy and works incredibly! It cooks, simmers and fry foods!

We have made burgers, pork chops, steak, breakfast foods, and stir frys in it so far. The temperature control makes it easy to cook a variety of different foods. This skillet heats up quickly and food cooks evenly. This size can cook plenty for the two of us, and will hold enough for three when our son comes home from college. We have not had any food stick, and cleanup is quick and easy because most parts are dishwasher safe. I can’t wait to see what else we make in our electric skillet. I just hope my college kid doesn’t swipe it when he goes back to school in the fall!
