In the beginning it was perfect , after a few uses the coating started to peel and scraped off into my food . I’m sad about this because I bought it in march. I would return but I no longer have the box from target . Hopefully the manufacturer can fix this issue . I cleaned as directed and this is what I get , no scraping Luke warm with soft sponge 😪

Nonstick coating starts to flake off into your food. I just called their support about this and was told that even though the product is still covered by the 1 year warranty, the coating which isn't Teflon technology coating isn't still covered by the warranty. Never buying anything from this brand again.

Save your money! The non stick coating started chipping the first time I used it, I only used approved utensils and cleaning sponges. It is impossible to regulate the temperature all foods boil and burn even when set to keep warm.

Inexpensive yet works great. Can’t say how long it will hold up, or how durable the nonstick surface will be, but from my one use so far, it’s awesome. It gets nice and hot, something I’ve found not always the case with other, more expensive ones I’ve tried in the past — you can actually sear and fry in this one. Since I do not plan to use it often, will pull out only occasionally when I need an extra cooking surface, it is perfect for my intended use.
