Chopper needs a twist on lid. Used it to emulsify a dressing & it splattered outside the cup because the lid does not have a seal?! The motor power is awesome, but it shoots out contents. Also, it looks like a cheap plastic toy, please consider a nicer paint finish for those of us on a budget.

This does not chop vegetables like photos on the packaging show. We tried it with a bell pepper and it basically just pureed it into a puddle of mush.

The company's packaging is flawed! The spinning blade and lid are able to rattle around inside the chopping bowl, creating small but deep cuts and scrapes inside the bowl. This can lead to plastic chipping off over time and mixing into the food being chopped.

I’ve had this over two years maybe, however I forgot it existed and I’ve used this only 4 times. On the 4th time, it’s already not operating properly. The press down feature is broken, I had to slam my hand down on it multiple times to even get it to work this last time and I haven’t ever had to do that before. Super disappointing. Already not working and haven’t even used it 10 times. The only thing I’ve used this for is, is for chopping garlic. Nothing even crazy. Make it make sense.

Dislike! It does not chop the veggies! It minces the onions. Turns tomatoes in to mush as well as peppers. Chopped food images on the box are misleading. Would not recommend!

I've had this food processor now for 2 years, I want electrics that you can push down & done. The more you use it, the more it chops so if you want something with bigger pieces use it for less time if you want something mush use it for at least 10 to 20 seconds depending on what you want to chop up, it is a wonderful machine.

So far I have used it twice for garlic and ginger and it has done a good job. It’s a little too noisy for such a small appliance, otherwise it’s easy to remove and place the container and the lid just sits on the top, no need to lock or anything to juggle with!
