Compact waffle maker
Kitchen space is precious in our house so having a compact waffle maker is a huge win. I try to keep the kitchen no/low tox so ceramic plates over non stick was a motivating factor for me. The waffles cook evenly and come out golden brown. The only thing I noticed is the light isn’t always reliable. On occasion it will turn white before the waffle is done to my liking so you just have to watch the steam and determine when it’s truly done. Overall I would recommend using this waffle maker, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

So Far, So good!
We got this to replace an old machine that broke and really like that we can flip the waffles back and forth in addition to storing it vertically in our cabinets. It's super handy. It worked really well right out of the gate. The light system (orange for heating, white when ready) is nice, but so far not really accurate - at least not with the standard Krusteaz waffle batter that we usually use. The waffles just need more time, even after the unit has been heated. That said, the waffles were great, and there was no spillage from pouring in the batter as instructed. The cord is a great length, the color (oat) of the unit is nice, and nothing stuck to the plates when we cooked our waffles. Pretty easy to just wipe clean. Can't ask for much more - we just need to perfect the timing (by potentially ignoring the light prompts).
