A: I agree. Easy enough to clean. A damp paper towel does it. Crusty spills need five minutes with the paper towel draped over, then it wipes clean.

Q: How do I know when the waffle is ready for me to take it out does it ding or make a light or something like that?

A: Hello, thank you for your question. The indicator light on the product indicates the pre-heating process & goes off when the maker is ready to use. A typical waffle cooks in 4-5 minutes. There is no alarm for when it is done, but the Mini Waffle Maker is easy to use & you can lift the top periodically to ensure it is golden brown enough to your liking.
