The OXO SoftWorks Vegetable Chopper quickly and safely cuts onions, peppers, apples and more in one smooth motion. A recessed cutting area holds food in place while you press down on the soft lid to engage the stainless steel blades. A non-slip base keeps the Chopper from sliding. Chopped food falls directly into a 2.5-cup-capacity body featuring an Easy Pour Opening. When you're finished, remove the web from the lid for a simple cleanup.

Q: I purchased this chopper maybe last year or two, I'm having a hard time trying to figur out how to get it apart for cleaning? The clear see through part is very difficult to separate. help!

A: I had the same problem. To get the clear part apart, I hold the unit with the opening upright and grab the top part with left hand and then put my right hand fingers through the opening and push out.

A: Hello! When using the Vegetable Chopper, the grid cover should stay in place. When you are finished using the item, you can peel this off and it should help to remove any debris in the grid.

I got this for Christmas last year, I barely used it, it broke yesterday while I was chopping zucchini. One of the blades came out of the channel, very dangerous. I will not be purchasing or asking for family members to purchase anymore of these. Save your money and cop the old fashioned way.

Love this product!!! Preforms great on multiple fruits and veggies. Had 50lbs of onions to chop and dice, never dulled out and is still sharp as ever. Very easy to put together, use, and clean!!

Ergonomic, compact chopper - easy to clean!
I love this chopper because it was cleverly designed with the comfort of the customer in mind. It is compact and easy to store, clean, and operate. The hollow back allows for quick emptying out of chopped contents. The deciding factor for me, however, was the fact that it is dishwasher safe. It is visually appealing, and I am hoping it will last me a long time (unlike my last all-in-one flimsy chopper). This one does only one thing, but it does it right!

OBSESSED with this product. It is so functional and makes chopping veggies and other food items so simple. The assembly of the product is very clear. Cutting veggies requires very little effort with this device and makes nearly no noise. I love this product.

Durable and strong product
I got this as a gift and was hesitant to use since I have had bad experiences with couple other brands. Once I used I’m this I haven’t ever looked back at any other brand. Strong and durable material . Clean up is super easy as well.

The OXI G Veg Chopper is a really handy kitchen tool, especially for everyday cooking. It makes chopping vegetables quick and easy, saving a lot of time and effort. The blades are sharp and cut vegetables evenly, and the container is spacious enough for regular family use. I also like that it’s easy to assemble and clean, which is a big plus after a long day in the kitchen. It works well for onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and other soft to medium vegetables. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that very hard vegetables need a bit of extra force, and the plastic body could feel sturdier. Overall though, it’s a good value for money and a useful tool for anyone who wants faster prep without much hassle

Good for amateur or lazy home cooks.
A good option for lazy home cooks. Would recommend it to college kids for sure. Design is not sturdy. Difficult to clean using a sponge as the grids are small so i would recommend just soaking in hot soap water for some time and then rinse off. Good thing is that it is small so can be stored anywhere but then since its small cannot use for bulk cooking. You will need a separate bowl to keep the cut vegetables.

Much needed!
I've spent plenty of nights ordering in because the thought of all the prep work and clean up time was overwhelming. This chopper has changed that significantly! I roughly slice my veggies (depending on what I'm making that day) and pop it on the blades. I get even cuts in much less time and effort. It's been a game changer for my dinner prep!
