Q: How does it work on citrus? I need to use the peel for infusing flavor and don't want the white pith. Too hard with just a knife - I have had many difficulties. Hope this tool could work.

This Oxo Good Grip peeler is great. I used over the holiday and my friend whom was peeling potatoes commented on how nice it was to use. I love it and it peels every kind of veg. It was fast and got the job done in comfort!! No cuts or injuries from using this and I suspect will last a long time.

We have the Oxo swivel peeler and it works pretty well. The handle is thick so you can get a nice grip on it. It peels really well and moves with the vegetable or whatever you are peeling for an easier peel. Plus, it’s inexpensive!
