Q: How does it work on citrus? I need to use the peel for infusing flavor and don't want the white pith. Too hard with just a knife - I have had many difficulties. Hope this tool could work.

We bought this peeler years ago and it has held up great! While other peelers might have rusted or fallen apart by now this one is in really good condition still and we would definitely recommend.

It's not my favorite. It's a little slippery, and at the same time, it's not sharp enough, bit uet, sharp enough to injure yourself. Weird combination, I know.
