Easily core apples and pears for pies, crisps and more with the OXO SoftWorks Corer. This tool's stainless steel head safely and smoothly slices through fruit while a soft non-slip handle absorbs pressure. A: Hello! Our Corer was designed to core fruits such as apples and pears. However, we do have an OXO Peach Pitter which is slightly larger and would work for this use.

Simple, Quick, and Effective!
I recently got my hands on this apple corer, and I honestly didn’t think I needed one—until I used it. It makes coring apples incredibly fast and mess-free. The stainless steel blade is sharp enough to glide through the apple with minimal effort, and the handle gives a comfortable, non-slip grip. Cleanup is also super easy—just rinse or pop it in the dishwasher. I’ve used it not just for apples, but pears too, and it works just as well. If your thinking of getting this bad Larry I would recommend getting 2. 1 for the week and one for the weekend! This corer is the equivalent of a 2021 Shelby Cobra GT 500. It’s fast and as mean as can be! With coring speeds of up to .01 seconds it’s like a hot knife through butter. The rubber grip on the handle has plenty of traction and grip when you are running through the core at high speeds. I mainly use it for tomatoes and with this corer being fast and efficient all other corers will have to play ketchup!

This is the greatest invention ever.
My three-year-old loves eating whole apples, but we were having a hard time getting him to stop eating some parts of the core. Now we can just remove the core and give him the apple, and we don't have to worry about him eating the parts he shouldn't. Amazing.

High quality corer is rigid and sharp enough to easily cut through the core then a little twist when through to the cutting board! Very sturdy, so much better than any one I've owned. Can't go wrong with any OXO product.
