Easily core apples and pears for pies, crisps and more with the OXO SoftWorks Corer. This tool's stainless steel head safely and smoothly slices through fruit while a soft non-slip handle absorbs pressure. Who knew coring an apple could be so fast and easy? We had a cheap plastic one that proved the concept, but was really hard to use. This one is metal with a great handle. If you eat or use many apples, this is absolutely worth it

If your thinking of getting this bad Larry I would recommend getting 2. 1 for the week and one for the weekend! This corer is the equivalent of a 2021 Shelby Cobra GT 500. It’s fast and as mean as can be! With coring speeds of up to .01 seconds it’s like a hot knife through butter. The rubber grip on the handle has plenty of traction and grip when you are running through the core at high speeds. I mainly use it for tomatoes and with this corer being fast and efficient all other corers will have to play ketchup!

My three-year-old loves eating whole apples, but we were having a hard time getting him to stop eating some parts of the core. Now we can just remove the core and give him the apple, and we don't have to worry about him eating the parts he shouldn't. Amazing.

High quality corer is rigid and sharp enough to easily cut through the core then a little twist when through to the cutting board! Very sturdy, so much better than any one I've owned. Can't go wrong with any OXO product.
