Smaller blade bends out of alignment easily.
Received this as a gift for Christmas 2025 used 6-8 times. Smaller blade bent on chopping onions. Tried cutting a variety of vegetables, dense carrots don't cut easily. Cut myself pretty bad in the process of washing so be very careful when handling. Would like Cuisinart to replace my small blade. I'll reach out soon.

I LOVE this chopper. However, the second time using it, the slicer/blade started to fall apart. I'm not wanting to return, but I hope I can find a replacement blade. I love the finer chop for veggies.

It broke on the 1st use!
It broke on the 1st use! The top wasn't aligned correctly and it hit the blades in the square, bending itand popping it out into the food below. Don't buy this!!

Less than expected.
Purchased to chop a bunch of onions to be frozen. Used the small blade to chop one small onion cut in half and a blade bent making the small blade unusable. Did manage to cut 10 quart bags full with the large one before we called it good for the night. Will be returning it as I was excited for the small blade for making fresh pico quickly or taco nights. Instructions are very minimal and do not give much instruction on how to prepare the veggies for chopping. And to think it claims to be able to cut potatoes up to 4 inches long.

Chops really efficiently but the blades on mine began to break not long after using it. Not sure if it’s just the pressure I which I chopped or if it’s just faulty. Better off getting a more quality one.

Not versatile enough
I got this to replace a different cuisinart product where the plastic started chipping off. I assumed the blade sizes were the same but this one doesn’t make small dices, only medium and large. I wish I could buy a blade to make small dices as this is far less useful to me than my previous model. I will probably give it away and look for something else.

Weak blades
I bought this a week ago and the first time I used it with the big blade it was fine. Like others, the small blade bent this time chopping a small onion and is now useless. Thought buying a name brand might up the quality but that is not the case. The cheap one I had previously lasted a couple of years

Safety Concerns
I recently purchased this product, and on the very first use, two of the blades came off unexpectedly. It was quite alarming — I only noticed when I was stirring the pasta I had just added the vegetables to. I had used the product to chop the vegetables into small pieces. This raises serious safety concerns, and I don’t feel comfortable using it again.
