I love this scraper for baking!!! It cuts dough so well and makes me feel like an expert baker in the kitchen.

Works perfect for basic chopping and bread making. Fine in top rack of dishwasher.

Upon purchase I hadn't owned any "Figmint" branded items, so I was hesitant to try this. This item caught my eye when I was looking for something to help with light dicing and scooping. Not only was the color of the handle (which wasn't black like many other brands), but the handle grip shape and blade area was just what I needed. The handle is super comfortable and not a hard plastic either.

Love this so much more than my cheap plastic ones!! I am really big into non-toxic stuff but couldn’t find a stainless steel one I liked. But this one, phenomenal. Easy to clean. Works so well and the handle is so comfy!

Really love this tool! It’s great for splitting up dough or softer things. But i wouldn’t consider this my go to chopping tool.

Great and sharp, which makes the lack of a proper blade cover all the more egregious. I'm sure we'd be okay paying 10$ for this with a blade cover.

So easy to use and I love it!! Chop chop chop and then move your food! It's that easy! This works so many ways! Helps you chop food.. and the edge is sharp so be careful! It also helps moving the food from the board to the skillet or pot! I also love that you can measure lines and with of lines for cutting dough!

Great bench scraper, feels comfortable in the hands, and makes quick work of chopped vegetables. I really like it when making Pico de Gallo, which requires finely chopped tomatoes, peppers, onions, and cilantro. Moving the chopped ingredients from my board to my bowl would usually involve lifting and scraping the cutting board, or awkwardly using the edge of my knife, but with this bench scraper I can move 1 to 2 cups of food quickly without having to move my board at all, or risk dulling my knives. And when I am done with prep I can use the tapered edge to easily scrape all of the residual food bits into the wastebin. While I have not used this scraper for chopping and portioning, say when making bread dough, I have no doubt it would be great for that purpose due to its solid construction and convenient measuring marks along its edge.
