I use my Kitchen Pro Slicer to slice my homemade bread. It does an excellent job. I can set it to the thickness I need. Very quick and easy cleanup.

I bought this slicer specifically for my homemade breads and it is really doing the job. It slices through the crunchy, thick crust of my sourdough breads.

Works great until near the end of the the meat loaf. When you want a very slim slice (e.g., 1/4 inch thickness), the machine cannot really handle that at the end.

Works great. Would have given it 5 stars but the motor is pretty loud, besides that, it slices very well.

I think the blade could be larger. We are mostly using it to cut beef for jerky. We are cutting it partial frozen and try not to over stress the slicer. We also notice that the motor can be smelt went it heats up signaling that the slicer needs a break.

Good product, does it what it claims.

For the price-point it is a good slicer. It makes very nice slices but I have to be sure not to put too much pressure as the meat goes into the blade or else it slows down the blade.

Slicer works great. It’s a little bulky and takes time to clean but that’s to be expected.

Fine slicer, with on drawback.

This is a solid and very well performing slicer. One complaint, it does not allow me to set it for very thin slicing. It was enough to make do, but slicers I have used in the past allowed the blade to come all the way to the guide, allowing for any thickness of slice down to 0. This stops at around an eighth of an inch, preventing very thin slices from being made.

Nice slicer for home use

Nice food slicer for home use. I like to smoke my own roast beef and then slice it as needed deli style. I usually keep my meat frozen and this blade has no problems slicing, I have not sliced any cheese yet but I’m sure it will work well for me. My only complaint is that it is kinda difficult to clean.

Good value for the money. Disassembles fairly easily for cleaning. I’m happy I purchased it. Only thing I’d change is perhaps another safety guard on the back of it to protect you when you’re getting the meat away from it while you’re using it.

Is a great product. The one exception being that it’s very hard to read the dial indicating the thickness of the slice. It’s easy to operate and easy to clean.

Pro food slicer

I had my pro food slicer for awhile but was afraid to use it until a visiting nephew went over it with me we turned it on and sliced some cheese, wearing my protective gloves I felt very comfortable with it. From there for two weeks I was slicing partial frozen flank steak to marinate & dehydrate for beef jerky. I was able to easily adjust the thickness of the slices until I found the just right one between 5&6. Clean-up was a bit of a hassle with little bits of meat getting stuck in the groove’s because I couldn’t see a way to disconnect that portion of the device to emerge that part of the slicer to properly clean it. There is a button on the movable pusher that says push to detach but nothing happened when I followed the instructions! This is the only problem I had and why I gave it only 4 pts.
