Poor quality

It was a gift. Stopped working after two months. Chefman will no honor warranty do to no receipt, dispite serial number and date code on model. I also had registered the warranty when new, but they still will not honor warranty.

Rice cooker

I like how small it is. But there is a smell when using it when the rice is cooking that I do not like. The non stick pot would be better if it is a more durable metal

I’ve only had my rice cooker less than 30 days, but so far it’s doing okay. You would think it would be easy to use, but it’s not. Trying to figure out how to cook the different types of rice is somewhat confusing ?

Love this purchase
