  • A: This unit does not, in fact, beep. The only sound it makes is the soft mechanical click of the automatic shut-off activating. I've used this kettle almost every day for an entire year, love it!

Malfunctioned two weeks after warranty ended

Shoddy and dangerous. It failed to auto shutoff just after 1 year of owning it. It is not built to last and risky. I don't trust this brand anymore.

It’s my first day of using. Product Looks cute and pretty fast boils the water under 3 min.

Easy to use. Glass body. I wish if it has glass/ steel lid instead of plastic lid. Plastic handle is fine.

I like that it's a glass carafe. Feels light for my elderly relative to use. Lid is not attached but pulls off pretty easily. Fast boil.

Such a waste of money! Do not recommend!

The tea kettle makes a mess and spills over when filled to the max line as indicated. I tried returning it to the store but I wasn’t able to because I don’t have the box.

perfect sized electric kettle

This is my third electric kettle. The first one wasn't glass and it was hard to see how much water is left in it. So I got a glass one for my boyfriend's place. I really liked it so I got this one to replace the metal one and I love this smaller sized one. Boils fast and easy to use and light weight.

Handle suddenly came off -DANGEROUS

I used this electric kettle for over a year, but the handle suddenly came off while I was about to pour hot water into a cup. I almost got seriously burned. I understand that a glass kettle could break if it is dropped or hit, but I never expected the handle to suddenly come off during normal use. It was very dangerous and could have caused a serious burn injury. I had no choice but to buy the same kettle again, and I really hope the handle on this new one will not come off.
