A: This unit does beep when it completes a boiling cycle and cannot be muted. If you would like a model that can be muted, we recommend out RJ11-18-CTI or RJ11-17-TCTI-V2.

A: Possibly. But you can fully remove the plastic lid before pouring the hot water.

A: It is possible that while pouring, water may come into contact with the lid.

A: All of the parts of the unit that come into contact with water are BPA free. This unit is safe to use.

A: This model of kettle does not have a keep warm function.

A: This model of kettle does not have multiple temperature features.

A: The interior of the unit is glass and stainless steel. The kettle lid is made of plastic and it is possible for water to come into contact with the lid when pouring.
