Not willing to stand behind your warranty

This is my second one in the last 4 months. The last one lasted 3 months and died, leaking around the dispensary lip. I had bought a warranty but came to find out that it only covers mechanical and electrical issues. What, who would think that workmanship would not be covered on any warranty. Apparently yours aren't so you don't believe that greatly in your workmanship. Very poor product, it has a high rating so I'm going to try it again and hope that I just got a bad one.

So far so good

I like it so far. The infuser tube is made from a flexible metal and slides into small plastic guides in the lid. I’m worried that part won’t hold up well. I just used the kettle for the first time so we’ll see how sturdy it is.

Leaky Bottom

Does everything that it says it will do. Except it leaks at the bottom after a couple of weeks. I returned my first one as I thought it was just a bad one when I came home and the water was on the counter and the floor. I got another one and it did the same thing after a couple of weeks. This is a quality issue and will not buy this brand ever again.
