    I really wanted to love this as it is so pretty and would be fun to watch the brew process. However, each time it seeps SO MANY tea leaves into the cup that you cannot drink it without filtering it again through another product.

    Poorly designed. Do not recommend!

    If I could give this mug zero stars I would. The design of it is absolutely terrible. The mug and concept is cute, but so many tea leaves get through the infuser/strainer that you can't even drink the tea I have tried several different blends of looseleaf tea, and every single one half of the tea leaves have ended up in the bottom of mug. I should not have to strain my tea after it steeps just to be able to drink it. This is definitely not worth the money. I would say if you want a clear mug spend a little less and just get yourself a clear mug. Do not recommend!

    Better disign would be perfect

    Great idea. Yes, some tea leaf “crumbs “ sneak through the insert. But that’s not a big deal. What I have an issue with is the glass mug itself. It doesn’t really keep the tea hot, which is a total deal breaker for me. It would be perfect if the mug itself was made of double walled glass or was even a thick glass.
