We like the product but it is now leaking
We love how it works. Only started using it this past few weeks as we were traveling for two months. However, it just started leaking. We are so disappointed.

Yes, very easy to use except I found the lid & infuser hard to separate. Instructions say twist & slide, but it did not separate easily

Perfect for busy mom.
Great for my Tea or Coffee Press! It has an easy twist off tea infuser. For me it was only a 5 minute wait for full rumbling boil because my water is cold filtered from the fridge. Great size for 4-5 cups of tea or 3 very large mugs of instant coffee. Definitely would recommend.

This is my second Chefman Electric Kettle. Both of them work perfectly.
