  • A: HOW LONG? When Running Cleaning "Cycle" before first use of actual coffee - I timed the time for 10 cups of water to fill carafe > at about 9.5 min or simply about 1 minute PER CUP ! (with no filter, NO Coffee ONLY WATER)

    Basket constantly overflows

    Was great for about a month. Now every time we make coffee, the basket overflows and ground spill into the caraf. The amount of grounds we use didn't change- we've tried adding less water, less grounds, messing with the valve on the basket as a fix and no luck. Constant overfilling. Would not recommend.
