    After 6 weeks, started leaking from reservoir. No small leak either, too much to use. Of course, I didn't keep the box so can't return. Wouldn't recommend.

We understand how frustrating it is when a product becomes difficult to use after such a short time. For a possible fix, please check that the hose in the reservoir is snug on its connection. Also, check the filter basket for any drips running down the back of the basket onto the drip arm and warming plate. Be sure to use medium-ground coffee and do not fill the water above the MAX line in the reservoir. If the coffee maker has not been cleaned recently, running a cleaning cycle may also help.     This machine sucks! I gave it 10 minutes after brewing my coffee to let it heat up, and even 10 minutes later, it was barely warm. Honestly, avoid this! I’m on a tight budget, and I expected much better than this.
