Do not buy - coffee tastes like plastic
This coffee pot is horrible. The coffee tastes & smells like plastic. I have ran just water through it at least 6-7 times but it has not helped, I am so disappointed. I have had good experiences with Mr. Coffee in the past but I will not buy this brand again.

We loved this pot the first 2 months we had it, then 2 months and a few days in we went to run it like all other previous days, but it didn’t run. Troubleshooted all we could and cannot figure out how to fix it. Disappointing, especially because when we brought it back to the store they said others had issues with this pot as well.

first of all, they put the handle for the pot in the wrong place so when I went to pour it it would easily spill out. wasn't a huge issue but it bothered me a while. Secondly the lid warped and the pot would not longer fit into the warming tray you slide it into, and when I forced it I only broke it further. save your money and frustrations!! dont buy this piece of junk! bought in August last year and its January now it already doesn't work anymore. too late to return it too despite being defective

Pleasantly surprised!
I was pleasantly surprised by this coffee maker! I use it every Sunday for our small group at church. The coffee brews nice and hot and the flavor is surprisingly right. I definitely wasn’t expecting such a good result for the price. I’m not sure how long it will last, it for now, I consider it a good buy!

Cheap plastic
Ordered online and picked up in store as a gift. One of the upper corners of the box has some minor damage, but when we opened the box, the entire bottom of the coffee maker was shattered. Returned to the store and exchanged for the last one. Looked intact, poured the water in and it came out from the front of the coffee maker- two small cracks in the plastic. All done with target and this brand. Also bought the warranty, but that is not returnable.

If it Looks Returned its for a Reason
My One Cup Coffe Maker gave out after Years of Service so I decided to go back to regular Brew and saw TARGET had this little Gem of a 5 Cup maker which is all I need. So This Negative Review isn't on Mr. Coffee cause seems this coffee will be a great asset. It's ON TARGET!!! When I saw this was the last one on the Shelf with None in stock I was anxious but skeptical cause it Looked Like it was a Return especially with The Box a bit banged Up & a Scan Label that seemed to indicate it was a Return. I asked a few Store workers and was told sometimes boxes do get jammed up and the sticker on the Box was for Their Inventory. Got the Thing Home, unboxed it, went wash & set it Up for first Use in the Morning and the Lid Wouldn't Close Right. Now I'm looking it Over Real Good... And Well .. I picked the Filter Cup back Up and there was a Piece that was Broken off from the Lid that Honestly was easy to miss at first glance with the sleek black design. Then I looked over the box again & read the other sticker on the Box and yea.... It seems it was returned with a date 12/08/25... Today's December 29th. So Go Figure. TARGET YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR PLACING A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT BACK ON YHE SHELF!!! SO back to Target I Go for a Return... Thanks for Wasting my Time!!!
