I grew up drinking Maxwell House, but it's been years since I've bought it. Smell is sorta off and tastes bitter no matter how strong or weak I brew it. Not sure if it's always been this way and maybe I'm just used to "fancy" brands.

Classic quality coffee. I like my coffee somewhat smooth not too dark or too light. This was one of my dads favorite coffees growing up. My husband is more of a Folgers guy. But like a good husband this is the coffee that wins out. I’ve won him over on it. This is a solids choice for a flavorful coffee in a good price range.
