Shrinkflation at its finest
I have been a Dunkin’ Donuts coffee user for years. Yesterday I went to buy a canister and not only was it more expensive than the last time I purchased it, also has a significant amount of shrinkflation. The label use to be 150 cups and now it’s 130 which is not true. It’s way less than that. That would mean that it would be only 1 and 1/2 carafes less when in fact, it’s over10 full carafes less. I am so disappointed in your lack of transparency and honesty. I know coffee has become more expensive but, why is it ok to raise the price AND give way less product. Shame on you.

Our current 40 oz can yields 130 cups, and the 30 oz can yields 100 cups. We continue to explore productivity improvements and efficiencies to help offset rising input costs in our coffee business. Where is the 45 ounce canister!!
What happened to your 45 ounce size canister. Sooooooo disappointed that we cannot find it anymore. We were loyal customers and appreciated the larger canister.

Too Weak
Very weak! Make our coffee the same way, and cannot get Dunkin right. So weak. Seems by design so you use more. Not worth the premium price. Done.

Great Container Design
I have wanted to give you feedback about the "oval" container for your 30 oz. coffee. Whoever came up with this is a genius. Please let the designer know! I thought I'd hate it, at first. It looked slippery and hard to get a grip on. To the contrary, when I am scooping the morning grounds from the container, I have less spillage ((none) and a good grip. The coffee stays fresh. I love this container design more and more. It creates extra room in the cupboard for tea bag, sweeter packets and the like. Thanks!

Delicious

This coffee is good on its own as well as it taste just as delicious with creamer. I have used this in my Keurig coffee maker and it was easy to brew. This is a coffee that I will keep as a staple in my pantry for that. It has good flavor to cost.
