Q: It says 1000 sheets but you have to fold it over 4 times to get the same "wipe" power as good toilet paper. Why is not thicker?

THESE ARE 1000 SHEETS PER ROLL SO EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO FOLD THEM OVER TWO TIMES, YOU NOW HAVE 500 SHEETS PER ROLL FOR LESS THAN $. 50....SOUNDS GOOD TO ME !!!

Have been buying for years! But I’ve just noticed it’s extremely thin now. It rips while simply unrolling it out of the holder, thought I chose a defective package but I bought it again and same thing.

Who needs cushion on the tushy. I certainly don't. Yes, this product is exactly what you would find in a gas station restroom, fast food, etc (or my cheap employer). It's exactly what I was looking for. So tired of buying name brands that say they are double rolls and you just get extra fabric and not a full double roll such as this. Too many people in the household and so far there have been no complaints! After all, when you gotta go who cares as long as you have something to wipe yourself with!

I've been using this for all my life, 72 years, and the last package I bought may be my last. This is a completely different toilet paper than even the last bulk package I bought. It's almost impossible to tear at the perforation. There are slight almost imperceptible perforations, almost a design, in the sheet that appear to weaken it. Scott used to be a strong sheet that now won't hold up even if using 6 or 8 sheets. Yes it may be slightly softer but I'm looking for a single ply toilet paper that holds up. If wanted Charmin I would have bought it! Bring back the old Scott. I'm too old to go looking for a new toilet paper.

Most people like the very soft and thick toilet paper but I prefer a simple less soft paper that’s sturdy but not too stiff and Scott is the one that works best for me! It doesn’t pill and is a great price. If you’re looking for super soft paper this won’t be one you’ll particularly like. This is more like the paper they have in public restrooms.

I have used Scott toilet paper for years, I grew up on the stuff, but the last 4 pack I received was so extremely rough and even thinner than usual. It was awful and painful to use. If they've changed how they make it, I'll be switching brands.
