A: Pls elaborate. Use on SEALED tile flooring only. There is no such thing. Only grout is sealed. Do you mean not for use on porous tile flooring?

My mop stopped spraying. Solution is full, batteries were changed and I checked the nozzles for clogs. All good. Contacted p&g and they offered me a $10 coupon. The mop was $30+. I see many complaints online about this same issue. They have cheap motors that die quickly. Save your money.

The pad will not stay on the mop head. The so-called “Velcro” is a joke. We’ve properly aligned the mop pad and put adequate pressure on it, but when the mop is lifted the pad falls off. We will try to make it usable by adding our own Velcro or by wrapping rubber bands around the mop head and the pad. Total waste of money and our time trying to attach the mop pad and then trying to rig it.

The quality of this is disappointing. I’m used to the wet jet and this feels way flimsier in comparison. The pole is supposed to click together easily, and mine kept unlocking. I got mine with a coupon so I’m not too mad but I’ll probably go back to using the wet jet instead.

Stick with the original. The refills are absolutely ridiculously priced and I honestly think they just made this because it’s hard for generic brands to replicate. It doesn’t do a better job than the regular wet jet.
