A: Hello! Thank you for your question! To attach the pads to your Swiffer PowerMop: Make sure the printed side of the pad is aligned onto the bottom of the mop head. Apply firm pressure to secure it. The white and purple strips of the pad should be facing the floor. Please remember, do not remove the two strips from the printed side, as these allow the pad to stick properly to the mop head.
