Q: How do I remove the water bottle

A: Hi Becky - Thank you for the inquiry. To remove the spray bottle from a mop, firmly grasp the bottle near the top with one hand, and while holding the mop handle steady with the other hand, pull the bottle straight upwards; these have a release mechanism that allows the bottle to detach with a slight pull once you have a good grip on it. The most uncomfortable mop, ever! Not ergonomically friendly, it’s just a very awkward design. First time using it, it was okay then realized it doesn’t clean my floors well, and it’s starting to rust.
How is this still being sold haha

Purchased 2 of these. First one wouldn’t spray at all. 2nd one I’ve used less than 10 times and it’s leaking all of my solution out the spray hole. Worked ok for a little but definitely does not last long even when you hardly use it. Bummer!

Had for 2 weeks/used about 4-5 times and sprayer stopped working. Also it started rusting and would drip rust water onto the floor. Cheaply made and not worth the money.

It’s a decent spray mop. Just don’t store it with the bottle attached if you want to make it last. After 4/5 months I had these weird orange spots start showing up it. Thought I must have spilled something on it without realizing. So, cleaned it up and went on with life. A week or two later the spots were back and almost worse than before. Judging by the color I immediately thought it looked like rust. Took it apart and found the inside screws of the sprayer had indeed rusted. Also somehow leaked through the mop head on to the pad. So now it’s stained too and there is not a store within a 20 mile radius of me that sells the pads in store! Pretty frustrating. Definitely a design flaw. If they fix that, I’ll buy another one. Until then….I’ll get another brand and spend a little more money

The mop comes with 1 pad which is fine, although a little annoying as I mop pretty often. It worked really well for the first maybe 6-10 mops, but now the sprayer doesn't work well and when it's tipped upside down for storage, it leaks everywhere which didn't happen when I first bought it

After about 5 uses the pad has a hard time sticking back to the mop. The liquid dispensing part is also really challenging to remove when you need to refill it. I like that it reusable and less waste every time you need to mop but it has its cons.

Just bought the Up&Up Spray Mop and loved it! It worked exactly how I was hoping. Just filled up the spray bottle with a little water and vinegar after popping it off with a strong pull. Sprays the right amount and microfiber cleans well. My only complaint now is finding out that the mop head refills are not sold in stores! Why sell the mop and not the refills which seem to be online only?

I find this map to be pretty convenient. We recently got a puppy over the summer Months so it has been very helpful with all the potty training going on in our house. It’s quick and easy to use. The mop pad is reusable/washable And you can put in any liquid you want

Do yourself a favor and just buy the Clorox or Libman version for a dollar or two more. The plastic on this mop is SO cheap, I literally just got two of these and brought both back cuz there were parts falling off by the time I got to my car……….

This spray mop can be better. I wont totally trash it but its also not part of the top grade out there. The entire handle felt less durable than others. The bottle as well seems to be the material that can be found at stores that are like mom and pop shops. I will say this though, the towel pad that came with this is actually great and can remove the smudges and grime that one can find on tiles or even hardwood floors.
