This one's resivoir is finicky and pops out from time to time - it also sprays before I hit the spray button if I move it too quickly while scrubbing up what I already sprayed leading to a revolving door to get a spot dried up sometimes. Would not get the Air again.

I bought this mop 2 years ago. It is wonderful use it 2x a month. Having a problem with the handle it doesn't spray correctly anymore. It shoot out cleaner nonconstantly., and less clean is realeased when this happens. Do know what to do!

Immediately leaked the moment I popped in the cleaner container. Thought it was a fluke so requested a replacement- but that one also leaked! (I am not a dummy and it is pretty brainless how to insert it, I can't imagine it is user error) I took a video of the second mop purchased before I even put the mop head on showing the cleaner streaming out :/

A basic easy to assemble spray mop. Cleansing great. My only complaint is that I need to use it on all the floors in my condo and by the end of cleaning, my thumb is aching from using the spray trigger on the mop

I have bought this mop twice. The first one broke the second one I currently use but the sprayer stops working so I use a spray bottle to wet my floors. I like the mop and hope there will be a fix for this.

Only lasted 5 months

This mop only lasted 5 months. While it worked, it was great. It was easy to use and covered a lot of ground quickly. But the sprayer is very weak now so it doesn't project or put out much solution. Bummed. I do like Bona products generally, but will not purchase this again.

Lemon with great replacement policy

I used it twice and liked it except it doesn't stand on its own. The problem was when I went to use the third time all the the cleaning fluid just gushed out from BELOW the spray nozzle (which works fine) like I just poured the cleaning solution directly on the floor. I didn't see any O-rings, the spray works ( I put A cap full of water to test) there was no damage to any connections or anything I could detect. THE GOOD NEWS is I got online to Target and it was the simplest replacement I've ever done! I chose replacement instead of refund or return because the two times I did use it, I really liked it for light cleaning. I can't say if I would recommend or not until I see how this next one goes.

ABSOLUTE JUNK!

Man I wish I saw reviews before purchasing. Garbage! It worked great the first two times I used it. After that? The bottle falls off the mop every 3 pushes. The trigger stops working every 3 sprays. It leaks water from the nozzle relentlessly, so when you lift the mop to go to another room, it drips water all over the floor. Storing it? Make sure you remove the refillable bottle, or you will return to a puddle. AWFUL!!! Money right in the trash. So frustrating! Steer clear of this mop, it’s useless junk.

Works ok, but no replacement for hands and knees scrubbing

This replaced my previous Bono mop where the trigger kept sticking, hope the same doesn't happen with this. It does an ok job. I change the mop had frequently and apply tons of pressure, but after mopping if you wipe your floor with a paper towel you'll find that there is still dirt. But still easier than on hands and knees, because I just don't have the strength to do that for 1500 sq ft of wood flooring.

Misleading product description

I expected to be able to purchase a cartridge to fill with hardwood cleaner as I filled the included cartridge with stone/tile/laminate cleaner. Bona says no to this. While the mop is convenient, it is not practical for anyone who has both tile and wood floors and does not want to use the all surface Bona cleaner. Shame on Bona for not making this clear.
