Q: Does this dissolve mildew and orange rings in the toilet bowl or is scrubbing still required?
A: Thank you for reaching out. The Lysol Power Toilet Bowl Cleaner cleans as it disinfects and destroys toilet bowl rings. Apply a generous amount of liquid directly onto the tough stains. For severe rust stains, if possible, remove water from bowl first. Let soak for 15 minutes. Do not close lid. Follow cleaning directions above. Repeat if necessary. We hope that this information helps! Sincerely, Your Lysol Team.

Q: It was hard to twist open the cap to the position so that the cleaner would squirt out properly. The cleaner leaked through the bottom of the cap when it's open or closed. Any improvement on the cap?
A: We are sorry to learn you had some trouble opening the child-resistant cap on this container. We can understand your frustration and hope that these tips will help: Hold bottle firmly with one hand on a flat surface. With other hand, squeeze sides of cap where indicated while turning counterclockwise. Do not remove cap. Avoid squeezing bottle when opening. To reseal, twist cap clockwise until tightly closed. We hope this information helps! Sincerely, Your Lysol Team.
