A: I had trouble but realized I put the cap on upside down! The black ring should be on top, turn until it clicks into place. Then insert into map and it should click again into place

Below are our instructions for washing the Bona Microfiber Pads. - Wash pad in warm or hot cycle with plain detergent. - Air or tumble dry pad on low. - DO NOT use bleach, fabric softener or dryer sheets. - DO NOT wash with other cleaning rags/pads that have other cleaners on them.
