Q: The velcro came off my mop head and I can't attach the cleaning pads any longer. I tried replacing with another velcro strip but it won't adhere properly. Do I need to buy a new mop?

Q: How much does this mop weigh?
A: Typo on answer 4 lbs (not 41bs). Also need to consider weight of cleaning solution liquid. Encourage users to partially refill to reduce weight.

Below are our instructions for washing the Bona Microfiber Pads. - Wash pad in warm or hot cycle with plain detergent. - Air or tumble dry pad on low. - DO NOT use bleach, fabric softener or dryer sheets. - DO NOT wash with other cleaning rags/pads that have other cleaners on them. Surfaces should be sealed including the grout lines, unsealed stone or grout lines may cause staining. Q: Can I use my homemade cleaning liquid?
A: For best results with our mop systems, we do recommend using Bona cleaners. Other cleaners used within the spray mops we cannot guarantee they may not cause issues with the sprayers. Bona cleaners are made specifically for Bona spray mops. Best regards, Bona Customer Care Center
