A: This version is our stick mop which does not spray or include a cartridge. This mop requires a separate Bona spray bottle floor cleaner be used with it to mop the floors. Best regards, Bona Customer Care Center

So easy to use! The pads attach and remove quickly. It makes it so easy to dust and mop and I love the ease of throwing them in the wash without the waste! I’ll never use another mop ever!

For the most part I like how the mop cleans our hardwood floor, but the attachment between the handle and mop head is very weak and broke the third time I used it. I would prefer not to throw this in the landfill, but replacement heads are not available so that leaves me with a rather useless handle and cleaning cloths that probably will not fit on any other mop head. Given the lack of replacement parts and the large area I have to clean, buying another seems to a poor choice. Therefore, I can not recommend this product.

By son broke the handle on an older version so I had to buy need a new bona floor mop . Loved the plastic bottom with the curved edges versus the older one which had a metallic bottom and straight edges . Folds easily and the extra pads are a plus !

As a housecleaner, I used to recommend this mop to everyone because it was efficient, easy to use, and did a wonderful job getting floors clean. I guess they no longer make them like they used to because within two weeks, this mop stopped locking into place so now, while I’m mopping, the pole just starts shortening. The older model that was always just one standard size is much better; save your money and spring for a different brand.

Bitter sweet!! Love it! Especially for picking up pet hair! Much better than Swiffer! The handle/extension broke within 2 weeks! The pole cannot handle the way the end rotates. The end snapped in 1/2

There isn’t a lot of waste and you don’t have to remember to repurchase pads over and over; only have to remember to wash it. The handle is sturdy and the bottom is moveable enough to get in all spaces. Definitely recommend!

Just ran over the floors with it and got up some dog hair and dirt from them coming in with muddy paws. You can machine wash the pads

I love that they are washable, no need to waste money on disposable pads. Also both pads are pretty good size, it makes the cleaning quick and easy. The mop is not heavy and very easy to use.
