    the worst mop

    I own a cleaning service, and we have been using Bona products for many years. Unfortunately, for some time now we have been forced to look for other companies. This mop is terrible; the pads curl up at the corners because the Velcro doesn't go all the way to the edge. It's also too short. The pads now have a modified cotton composition, increased from 80to 93%, this makes it very difficult to wash, requiring a lot of effort because it doesn't slide freely.

    WASTE OF MONEY

    Please, DO NOT waste your money purchasing this bona mop. I purchased it and the flat part where the microfiber cloth goes got broken two weeks later. I regret getting this product; what waste of my money!!! So, disappointed.

    Very good

    I recently bought this mop. The wet map pad works like magic. However, I a little disappointed with the dry mop pad. It picks up a much smaller amount of cat hair than our stick vacuum. I see that there is a third, "furry" pad available. I will give it a try.

    Don't buy this mop

    This is the worst design for a mop ever. And I reviewed other websites. The velcro doesn’t work and reusable pads are too long, so they fall right off. You spend more time making sure that it’s not falling apart and don’t even know if it’s cleaning. And then the centerpiece broke so the handle no longer attaches to the bottom. Please do not waste your money.

    It was great until leak and attachment problem.

    It was fine at first, however after third installation of the cleaning solution leaked all over the floor, the Velcro also gets weak for proper attachment of mat.

    Not such ease of use.

    Love the idea but pushing the mop across the laminate floor is like pushing a lawnmower with no wheels. Leaves streaks and I have to fight with it to keep it from flipping while trying to mop. It's great for dusting but cleaning is a total struggle.

    Help streaks

    I love the mop but the product for some reason streaks my floors. Any I have tried numerous times to mop it and even tried different cleaners. Nothing cleans it without streaks. Help I’m at a loss. They have lost their shine as well. Any suggestions??

    Nice but wide head wiil not always make contact fu

    The telescopic handle is nice but when applying pressure it feels like it is going to break. The reason to apply pressure is to make the entire mop head makes contact with my hardwood floors. What should be a good thing is actually not because it's too wide. I don't use the dusting cloths. This is just like the othermops on the market (especially Swiffer) have a wide head.

    Ease of use!

    So easy to use! The pads attach and remove quickly. It makes it so easy to dust and mop and I love the ease of throwing them in the wash without the waste! I’ll never use another mop ever!

    Handle/mophead connection breaks easily

    For the most part I like how the mop cleans our hardwood floor, but the attachment between the handle and mop head is very weak and broke the third time I used it. I would prefer not to throw this in the landfill, but replacement heads are not available so that leaves me with a rather useless handle and cleaning cloths that probably will not fit on any other mop head. Given the lack of replacement parts and the large area I have to clean, buying another seems to a poor choice. Therefore, I can not recommend this product.
