A: This bucket cannot be used as a bucket. Any water will be spilled out the minute you pick up the handle! Be careful with hot water!!! do not buy this for carrying hot water!

Q: Why do you keep this product on the shelf? It does not function as a bucket, as soon as you lift it up it spills. Don't tell me to fill it more I tried that the elongated design makes it unstable.

A: Poor engineer design. I got this bc of the wide opening bucket. BUT The WORST bucket ever designed. When you pick it up even half full of water the whole thing dumps. Yes I got a flooded floor now. Biggest mistake don’t buy !!!

A: It seems this bucket was nevefr actually tested by someone putting in some water and trying to carry it by the handle. It's useless, yet Target keeps selling it!

It’s fine but the handle itself isn’t very sturdy I guess. You can’t one-hand a bucket of water because if one side of the bucket gets too heavy, it will turn to the side and pour water everywhere instead of being able to keep the bucket balanced with the handle. It also happens very fast so you can’t react quickly to it. Not super convenient if you have to hold it with two hands

This bucket fails to bucket. It cannot be picked up by the handle with any amount of water. It tilts and dumps the water. This is the second bucket I had to return to target. Is the basic bucket design trademarked or something? Haha like for real….

The handle for this bucket serves one purpose; to cart the empty bucket. I poured water in the bucket to mop the floor, not realizing the you can’t lock the bucket in place so I now have a puddle of water on my bathroom floor.

Do not buy!
I bought this bucket because the shape fits my mop better than a round bucket. If this bucket had a second handle, it would be perfect. As it is now, it's horrible. There's a sticker that directs you to fill it past the 6 quart mark. If you do that, you just have more than 6 quarts of water to spill in your house. This is a terrible product. Who was responsible for the design and testing?!

Worst bucket ever. It deserves zero stars. When you pick it up by the handle, everything inside tips to one end or the other. If you want it level, forget about the handle and carry it by the ends. It’s not worth the headache!
