Q: Can this bucket handle boiling water

A: Do NOT tell a customer it can hold boiling water. She will have 2nd or 3rd degree burns on her legs if she is in shorts or capris! Law suit! Water spills everywhere when you lift it by its handle!

Q: Why do you keep this product on the shelf? It does not function as a bucket, as soon as you lift it up it spills. Don't tell me to fill it more I tried that the elongated design makes it unstable.

A: It seems this bucket was nevefr actually tested by someone putting in some water and trying to carry it by the handle. It's useless, yet Target keeps selling it!

Stupid bucket design. I have no idea why anyone would think a bucket that tips over the instant it’s lifted up is “convenient” for anything. This is dangerous and stupid. That “line” the water should be at is also false and ended up in feet being burnt just like other comments.

Terrible bucket! Do not buy! The sides are low, there is a false bottom raising the water level higher, And one handle in the center. With the bucket maybe only 1/3 full, every time I carried it a few feet, LOTS of water sloshed out the sides, onto my floor. Pour spouts on 2 sides worsened the problem. It is basically unusable since it causes so much water to splash out when moved. I needed 3 old beach towels to mop up all the water the bucket allowed to pour out. It needs much taller sides with no pouring areas & no false bottom! I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing

I bought this product thinking of giving it the benefit of the doubt… and boy was I wrong. Please do not buy this product. I spilled boiling water on my feet while trying to give my floors a steam mop.

this is the stupidest design I have ever had in a bucket. if you try to lift it by the handle with liquid in it, it will tip and spill water everywhere. wish I had read the reviews before purchasing.

Love the look, terrible design. We spilled water all over the floor twice in 5 minutes. The no slip design REQUIRES you to lift the bucket from the floor risking a spill because the bucket center of gravity is off. The bucket is too long and flops over as soon as you try to move it after picking it up. Hard Pass on this one, will be returning.

Imagine preparing to mop your floors, adding your favorite smelling solution, mopping your entire apartment…..only to pick up this bucket and the water pours out on your clean, semi dry floors (ugh). This design is the WORST! Down the trash shoot it went. Honestly, it doesn’t matter the water level, the orchestration of the bucket, you’re going to have spillage.

This bucket doesn’t hold liquid. Quite possibly it’s only job, and it’s abysmal at it. Any liquid inside will spill out. I don’t even know how it’s possible, I’ve never had this issue with any other bucket I’ve ever used in my life. It’s honestly impressive, maybe it should be donated to science.

As I now see many, many reviewers pointing out, but which I initially learned from experience, picking up the handle of this bucket causes the water to slosh everywhere immediately. The automatic "we're sorry you're not satisfied" message says that you should fill it halfway for balance. So it has to be exactly half? Before and after you use the mop? Buddy, that is still a bad invention. Why put a handle on it at all? Who at this point in human history thought they could improve on the invention of THE BUCKET?
