A: Presumably the 15.63" lenght is at the top. The top of my sink is 15-3/8" (15.4") wide. And what's with the sloping sides? Those pans would fit underwater if the sides were more vertical.

I like the white12 quart plastic small dish basin for our dishes and used inside the kitchen sink.Its does help out with cleaning. I even soak my vegetables in it. When we finish eating we put hot water into the basin half way and put our dishes and flatware to soak with dishwashing liquid and all the food is off the plates, cups and the flatware. The basin is very good to have. Plus not only for cleaning dishes but soaking your vegetables.

Unlike other reviewers, I have had a good experience with these dish pans. I have put dishes and some cookware, as appropriately fitting, with warm water and have not had any signs of breakage. I am gentle with them and support them on the bottom when carrying them across the kitchen. They’re very sturdy and I believe they can break if you stress them too much with high temperature and force. I have had these for about a month and they’re very easy to clean. I do rinse most of my dishes before putting them in here so that might be helping to clean them easier after I’m done with dishes. Other than that, I highly recommend these.
