A: LOL, the Target Support Staff didn't even read the question! Their answer doesn't even address the question which asked about color. Likely a bot response. The rack is slightly transparent.

After our dishwasher broke I picked this up in a hurry. Everyday for 6 weeks I cursed this thing because it drained so poorly. It wasn’t until we got a new dishwasher and I was cleaning it to put it away that I realized it had been upside down the whole time! The ridges should be underneath with the smooth side facing up. If it’s collecting water in the corners do yourself a favor and flip it over!

Idk if I got a faulty one or something, because the reviews for this darn thing looked so promising. Don’t buy it. It is awful. Refuses to drain, regardless of where it sits on my counter. The water pools on the sides of the thing and overflows onto my counter before it actually drains from where it’s supposed to. It’s infuriating. I’ve had to shove pot holders under the freaking thing to get it to drain. And it’s not my counters, as I’ve had no issue whatsoever with past drain drainers. So annoying. And like yeah it’s only $10 but dang, I expect the things I pay for to work? This must be some kind of cosmic punishment for shopping here, knowing full well how downhill target has gone.

While I've only had this drain board a short time, it seems to be working well. My counter is not wet, it seems to grip the counter & not slide around & it accommodates my dish drain rack which is wider than it is long.

Easy to clean and drains easily. Had one for a year before this (left with roommate) and it did the job for a year. Just clean it often so nothing gross builds up, but it doesn’t stain too easily.

So while this dish drainboard looks as expected, it doesn't do the one thing that you would expect a dish drainboard to do, which is to drain. There is always a small puddle of water. Disappointing!

Besides being a large piece of unrecycleable but very scratchable plastic (day 1- keep knife tips up I guess?) the incline does not drain properly or nearly at all and the dried water marks are unsightly. I do not like that a cup has a natural water seal that needs to be turned over or moved to let more water drain or dry.. would go back to a towel if i thought someone would pick this up used.

I know I’ve been living under a rock, but I didn’t know these existed until a couple of weeks ago. Until now, I have just used the dish drying mats that sit on the counter, but I upgraded to this paired with a drying rack from hearth and hand. It’s a huge upgrade, and I’m thrilled that the water just goes right down the sink drain rather than soaking into a mat, which is one less thing I have to launder!

This is great. I use the flat side up so that I don’t have to worry about scrubbing between each indent. It’s very practical you don’t even need to use it with a dish drainer if you really want to keep it simple.

We have a very small kitchen, with very limited counter space and cabinet space. There really isn't anywhere for a dish rack to live, so we'd just been laying out towels on the counter, but of course they end up soaked and eventually musty. We ended up buying this product (and only this product, no sitting a rack on top). It has been such a major upgrade! We use just this board next to sink when drying dishes, and then store the board with our cutting board in a cabinet when not in use. It takes up almost no space and solved our soggy towel issue. Could not recommend more for anyone who wants a place to dry their dishes that isn't something that has to live on the counter when not in use.
