Mold!!!
didn't even make it one year. the feet of the rack and the arm joints got mold embedded in them that wouldn't come off.

Cheaply made- won't even open up wide enough to hold a plate.
You could buy toothpicks and woodglue for less and still end up with something sturdier than this landfill material.

Not bad but good
It works well and I can stack a bunch of cups off the edge of the back rack against the wall as extra drying space. And small bowls on the back of cup loops on the bottom rack. However, they do mold after about a year. I’ll buy it again though because they look the best to me.

I like the idea of this drying rack as far as aesthetics, but it's not as useful as I thought it would be. I can't slam a heavy pot on it. like being careful with a drying rack makes no sense to me. when I fold it, I just have to use it again, so the folding is nice but not useful in real life for me. I read others felt it got moldy. I can see that happening and I've been spraying mine once a week with clorox spray and rinsing it. if I have to do all this for a nice looking rack, it's not really serving it's purpose but making more work. so I'd recommend it if you only need it occasionally for light duty.

Rack does not sit level. Smaller than previously version…dinner size plates won’t stand in the grooves because they are too big. Why did you make the rack smaller?

Production issue causing minor but consistent annoyance
When fully extended bottom rack is not parallel to upper rack - distance from bottom rack to upper is less in the front than in the back making it awkward to put larger glasses in the rack. I’m guessing this is production issue rather than deliberate design. Hopefully, the buyer is reading comments and circle back with the manufacturer about tightening the QA.
