This drying mat is so much more useful than the new cloth ones that are sold everywhere. They catch the dripped water, and have ridges on the mat so the items can dry without condensation & they dry so much faster this way. I have the smaller mat like this, and liked it so much that I bought the larger one. So much better than soaking dish towels, and you can hang it up. Wine glasses will dry upside down due to the grooves in the mat, and as it is silicone, items are secure while standing, from breakage.see moreof the reviewer's review

I own several of the two sizes.
Use one under my desktop computer. Keeps better air circulation than a solid surface while the mat suffers no damage (been there for years).
