Trialed so many straw cups and my son took to this one best! We love it. No leaking or spills so far, the straw is not difficult to drink out of, and the silicone handles are great!

I am surprised this bottle is so well rated. Dr. Brown makes the worst bottles ever. This bottle stopped working after 2 days. I have no idea what happened. The weighted straw is impossible to clean. They it does not come with a straw cleaner like other brands. There are also reports that Dr Brand bottles leak plastic microbes when used. I don't know why this brand still exists. Never buying this again

    Leaks Everywhere

Anyone who says these don’t leak is lying. Liquid in the straw sprays everywhere every time my son drops the bottle and every time the lid is opened or closed. There are dried milk sprays all over my car, all over my diaper bag, all over every single surface that comes anywhere near these bottles. Horrible design.

Absolute trash. My baby is great at drinking from straws and different types of lids so i was confused why she wouldn’t drink her milk. Well i tried it myself and it wasn’t even coming up the straw. I took the lid off re did the straw and then it happened again. I wanted to love it so much but i will be returning today. Waste of money I’m so disappointed. Continuing my search for a weighted straw bottle she can use herself

We love this cup! Our son has Down syndrome and this was his cup we used to get away from the bottle. He currently is on level 3 thickener and his doctors only want him using this cup, as this is what he’s used to and does not aspirate with it. The really frustrating thing is that there are no replacement parts and haven’t been for a long time!! I’d much rather buy replacement parts than collect a ton of the cups!! Please, please please! Make replacement parts!!

Same experience as other reviewers. Suction fails easily. Our son's new daycare requires parents to bring cups with a covered mouthpiece, so we bought this (without reading the reviews first). Unfortunately, he couldn't get any water out, which was frustrating for his first day— already an emotional day

    Tried and true...

Tried and true! I have been using these since my toddler was a tiny baby. Her cups have remained in excellent condition with minimal wear, and have been passed on to her baby sister. Though I did buy a new one yesterday, since we don’t have many and they’re the only cups she likes, and maybe at most three was some color fade from the continuous use over time. These cups are built to last with the proper upkeep and care. Thus far I have never had an issue with mold. When I was the cups I fully disassembled it and I dry hopping he straws in an upright position allowing any trapped water to drain from the straws. I also try to avoid putting milk in them, but being this is the only cup my baby will accept that may not be feasible anymore. I also make sure the cup is washed as the end of the day so it doesn’t sit full or unwashed for too long. Will be buying more. Wish there were more color options available. Only major dislike is that you really need to disassemble a handful of sorts to get a good through clean.

Numerous times I’ve had this sitting on the table with a pool of liquid leaking out from the straw. The weight on the bottom of the straw doesn’t move with the bottle or fall back if child was to tip it up it’s just always stuck in one spot. Horrible. I bought a two pack and I’m so disappointed

We were a little nervous about transitioning our 13 month old off his bottle. I tried this after seeing it recommended it online and it’s been great! He immediately took to it. Easy for him to hold and he sucks his milk right down! It hasn’t leaked yet.

The design is horrible, water literally does not come through the straw. I kept giving this to my baby thinking she was drinking and I took a sip one time and nothing comes through, there is no hole for water to come through the lid once it is up the straw. Not sure why this have good reviews

DO BETTER - 10 months ago

I got these straw cups for my daughter, who recently moved to the toddler room and every single time I go, and I pick her up. Her bottle is pretty much filled to the brim with water simply because the suction on the straw continues not to work. I’ve done everything in my power to make sure that it’s connected every single morning I push the straw in as hard as I can into the top and take a sip. It works for me, but it seems like a soon as she moves it or does anything out of the ordinary with it it disconnects it’s very frustrating. My daughter is not getting the water. She needs at school. Definitely moving to a new cup. I definitely wanted to love these they are so cute. I love the handles on the side love to design and I love everything about them but the suction absolutely sucks. Please get something else.
