Q: Some of the other spin mops scratch your floor because there is little mop head, but lots of plastic. How does this compare?

Q: When you wring the mop in the bucket, where does the wrung out water go (back into the main part with the clean water or in a separate resesvoir)?

A: I purchased this mop system because this infomed me that there are two sperate resevoirs, one for clean water and one for dirty water. This is false, there is only one reservoir. I am dissapointed.

Q: Do you absolutely need to use a bucket of water with this or can I use vinegar/water solution or Method Squirt + Mop solution?

A: I have used a vinegar/water solution in the bucket as well as the Squirt Mop method. With the squirt & mop, I squirt solution on floor then use water in the bucket to spread and rinse the solution off floors. Yes both are equally effective. This mop makes rinsing easier because the mop get wrung better with less water on the floor.

I regret this purchase. This is the flimsiest mop I’ve ever owned. I had to purchase another handle because the original handle kept pulling out from the mop head. Now the detachable mop keeps coming out of the head. I hate this so much.

Pretty easy to use and I haven’t had any issues after 4-5 uses. I bought extra mop heads so I don’t have to wash the same one over and over. I use this on my LVP and hardwood floors. Even my toddler likes to use the foot pump to wring the mop!

This mop sucks. It is so super short, you have to bend over the entire time using it (I am 5'5) and half the time, the plastic is scraping the floor instead of the actual mop piece. Wish I had returned but now I'm stuck with it.

Once fully extended your handle should be 48 inches, and you should see 3 different sections (one red and two gray metal tubes). If you are not seeing all sections, it is likely “section 3” attached to the gray Thread Plug that is not extending. Please remove the red triangle base by unscrewing the connect from the handle. Then try twisting the grey thread plug at the very bottom of the handle while holding firmly onto section 2 with the opposite hand. We hope this helps! I am not a tall person but the mop itself is extremely short, annoyingly so... perhaps it's made this way so everything can fit in the box but it's unreasonable. Also, the mop handle doesn't tighten all of the way so as you mop it's always turning. I wish I kept the box so I could return it, but it's not worth the money. I prefer Libby.

Wanted to like this mop, but after several uses I’m still disappointed. The mop head doesn’t fit into corners well and the layer of strings is thin so it’s easy for the red plastic part to scratch the floor. The wring/spin pedal gets stuck frequently. It barely wrings out excess water and takes over a minute of spinning to get enough water out to use. When it worked best the floors were clean but it was inefficient with all the spinning and getting the pedal to work.

The bucket was just ok but the “telescope “ handle was THE WORST. It will NOT lock into place. I had a previous version of this bucket and the handle came in two pieces that screwed together and stayed plus the bucket was made of a thicker plastic. I am sad I gave away my old bucket when I moved. It was so much better.
