To remove refill, step on microfiber strands and pull mop handle up to separate base from mop head. To replace refill, align microfiber mop head with base and push down until it snaps securely in place.

To remove the mop refill from the head, simply spread out the fibers around the red triangle head, step on them, tilt sideways so your head is not on top of the handle and pull on the handle. A: Hello Caroline, to answer your question yes you can use your favorite detergent to wash the mop heads. We do however recommend not washing with fabric softener or bleach as this can damage the microfiber. Once washed, lay flat to dry in a well ventilated area, do not machine dry. A: Hello Danyell. The refill is not compatible with the original EasyWring. While the refill in it's entirety is the same size as the original, the plastic triangle is smaller and will not fit.

Flimsy mop head Devalues quality for large sticker price, Good rinse clean system
I like the concept of rinse and clean but the mop head is very small. It should be fluffy and larger for more coverage while mopping. Also the plastic diamond scratches holder scratches my wood floors which bothers me. Over time the scratches will be more evident due to frequent swiping across the floor. O Cedar should come up with a better quality microfiber head that gives more fluff and longer strands more efficiency in coverage. This can also prevent floor damage due to the cheap flimsy current version. Otherwise I gave it 3 stars for this reason and it is a decent rinse clean system which I appreciate. It is pricey though given the mop head quality. The value is below average due to high price for flimsy mop head quality.

We have two different Spin Mop & Bucket Systems and two different Mop Head Refills for their specific systems. Our original EasyWring Spin Mop & Bucket System will feature an all-white refill, whereas our new EasyWring RinseClean Spin Mop & Bucket System will feature a blue and white refill. These refills are not interchangeable between the two systems as the brackets are different sizes. When purchasing, please choose the refill that has a photo of the system that you've purchased on the packaging.

Too small to be effective
If the mop head was larger - like the size of the Hurricane Mop or even bigger - it would clean a larger area with each push, pull, and twist. Unfortunately, that’s not the case. I also dislike the triangular base where the mop attaches to the pole. Because of the “pointed” base, the mop head doesn’t glide in a circular motion.I wish the mop head worked better because the design of the water tank rocks. It’s the only mop system I‘ve tried that truly keeps the clean water separate from the dirty water and the spinner is quite efficient. I tried using a Hurricane mop with this one’s spin system, but it won’t work because of the size difference. The Hurricane mop won’t fit. I sure wish that O-Cedar would upsize this product. Doing so would make it a winner. Until then, I‘m a “no”.

The way the mop head falls off is crazy . It constantly has to be put back on falls off when you put it in the mop bucket to spin . I tried multiple times and had my significant other put it on also it just didn’t seem to click in place . But I love how the middle of the mop head has extra scrubbers!

It doesn't get clean after use. the microfibers collect dirt and dust but don't let go of it when you wash in washing machine. Also the mop strands get caught together and tangled and it's impossible to untangle because you have to rip the microfibers apart. it's just awful compared to other mop heads I've used.
