Q: Does each sheet have the ability to be torn in half "again" to make two small square-shaped pieces?
A: As of today, no it doesn’t have that option.

submitted byAnn BB - 1 year agoA: No it does not. And while they work fine in quality, the triple rolls are so large they do not work well in my upright dispenser. The roll does not “roll” at all
submitted byKSR - 1 year agoA: No. Up & Up only offers full size and select-a-size which are half sheets. You’re best off cutting them. Brawny is the only brand that makes the tearing squares and they’re expensive.

submitted bybruce - 1 year agoA: Yes, it's pretty easy to tear in half "again" -- I do this all the time -- but it's not perforated for you to do so. But in terms of going with the grain, it's a pretty clean tear.

Q: Are the roels indidivually wrapped?
A: So are the roils invividially, "rapped'?

Q: In response to a Q&A: How on earth are these NOT recommended for microwave use? Is there some mysterious ingredient in them that makes them unsafe? Health hazard? Craziest thing I've ever heard!
A: I’ve NEVER heard of such a thing. I grew up, and still do, cover things with paper towels in the microwave. I’m still alive 🤷♀️
submitted byTina Surface - 7 months agoA: Most plain white paper towels are OK, but avoid ones with dyes. Ones made of post-consumer recycled material may contain tiny bits of metal, also an issue. The leaching chemicals thing is a myth.
submitted bySteven D - 1 year agoA: The old school style of using paper towels to cover food in the microwave should never be used. This goes for any paper towels! We now know that the chemicals from the towels will leach into the food.

Q: Are these environmentally responsible, aka recycled and chlorine bleach-free, as the biproducts can cause cancer? So disappointed the Ever Spring paper towels are no longer available!

The industry accepted definition of Elemental Chlorine Free means the pulp bleaching or whitening process does not use elemental chlorine, but it may use chlorine derivatives, such as chlorine dioxide.
