A: Thanks for your question. To answer, there is no soap or additives in your Scrub Mommy. The ResoFoam® (soft side) aerates liquids so well that, even with water, it appears to produce suds. After a few seconds, you should see the bubbles turn to clear water. This is the same reason the ResoFoam® generates much more suds when dish soap is added than traditional cellulose sponges do.

Factors responsible for this variance include frequency of use, application intensity, chemical contact, and method of sanitization. When your Scrub Daddy eventually begins show signs of wear out, you can switch your retired Scrub Daddy for a new smiling helper. :)
