Removing sheets allows the product to increase in thickness while ensuring our rolls still fit comfortably on bathroom wall dispensers. A: ITs called Shrink-flation. You pay the same or more and get less. Marketing says its softer or thicker, but they already had a plush version so no need to dilute your product line IF was true intent.

A: I buy this all the time, yes it is 2 ply thick. Just not as thick as it was years ago. Like everything else packaging and product shrunk but prices went up.
