A: KB from Georgia Pacific, Just how many sheets were on a roll prior to the time Georgia Pacific, realized the rolls don't fit , how many rolls were there , how many now ?& comment on the reduced width?
submitted byFormer customer - 1 year agoA: ITs called Shrink-flation. You pay the same or more and get less. Marketing says its softer or thicker, but they already had a plush version so no need to dilute your product line IF was true intent.

Removing sheets allows the product to increase in thickness while ensuring our rolls still fit comfortably on bathroom wall dispensers. This used to be a great product and now is total crap. I can't believe how they've changed it from soft to rough thin and the two ply falls apart every single time. There's no absorbency anymore and you might as well use newspaper as this junk. Perfect example of how to ruin your business. Read reviews all over the web and you'll see that it's not just me. One star is too much.

Have been buying this for years, but something has definitely changed recently. Quality of the paper is not as soft and the unscented paper had an INTENSE smell to it. We tossed all of it because the smell was so strong.

Recently went from Quilted Northern since i could only find it online or at other stores locally since Target stopped selling it. Also switched because we were going through a ridiculous amount of toilet paper. This toilet paper is good for the price, its not as hard as some others and is lasting much longer than the other plush brands.

I've bought Angel Soft for the past decade. It's not too thin and it doesn't leave all the lint everywhere like so many other big brand names. It's plenty soft and the price is lower than the other "fancy" brands.

So this toilet paper used to be OK, I haven't purchased this kind in about a year. I'm so mad I got scammed. I have 32 mega rolls of the worst toilet paper I have ever used in my 50 years of life. This stuff is worse than the toilet paper they put in public bathrooms. If you really need some kind of heavy duty sandpaper like situation to get clean you'll enjoy this, otherwise don't do it. I'm so mad about this I think I'm going to contact the state AG because this isn't even 2 ply. It's a huge lie

I've been buying Angel soft for a long while now. It is a great product and great value. I have Crohn's disease so everyday is a challenge as far as bathroom trips. This toilet paper is soft and absorbent doesn't soak through or tear apart and doesn't leave fuzz on your bum.

The packaging is nice and appealing. The lavender scent wasn’t strong, which I liked because I usually don’t like scented things to wipe my private areas. And it also absorbs well.
