A: ITs called Shrink-flation. You pay the same or more and get less. Marketing says its softer or thicker, but they already had a plush version so no need to dilute your product line IF was true intent.

Removing sheets allows the product to increase in thickness while ensuring our rolls still fit comfortably on bathroom wall dispensers. In doing this, we also added rolls to the pack so that you’ll get approximately the same number of sheets as you did before at a similar price. Thank you for considering Angel Soft® products.
