    Deivery Service

    The item is fine, but the delivery service gets a failing grade. The only reson I gave one star, is because your system wouldn't allow me to submit the review unless I did. I found the box in my driveway. I had to stop, get out, move the box to the front porch and then get back in my car and park it.

    Clean and Comfortable

    I am not a huge fan of the price point of many things these days, toilet paper included, but it is one thing I will "splurge" on. Quilted Northern holds up strength and comfort wise, but also leaves me feeling the cleanest and not like I'm accumulating lint. So yes, the price is higher than store and other brands, but it's a sacrifice I'm willing to make for this sort of product.

    Solid TP choice

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is decent. It feels thicker than I remember it being during the pandemic. My main drawback is that it is a little abrasive. It is fine for a quick trip but anything beyond that it caused irritation for me. I wouldn't purchase personally.

    Shorter Rolls NOT good

    They just shortened the rolls significantly. Not only don't work well, looks bad on my TP holders. Bad move to generate more profits.

    Less sheets but costs the same..

    I am so disappointed with the Ultra soft & strong which used to be 295 sheets but is now 255 2-ply sheets. Northern made it 4x thicker which if I wanted it thicker, I would of bought the 3-ply. Now both have the same amount of sheets and because of this, I will not be buying this brand again. I preferred having more sheets so it would last longer. Another example of "shrinkflation" 👎

It is a good price point so I mean for the price I guess you can’t complain but in my opinion it’s not as durable as other brands. It’s 2 or 3 ply I’d say and super thick.

    Soft and comfortable

It’s soft and comfortable without feeling too thin, and it’s strong enough that I don’t feel like I have to use a ton of it.     Quilted Comfort Where it Matters Most

It felt very plush and was gentle on my skin. It left me feeling dry and comfortable. No little bits were left behind and it cleaned pretty well. It felt thick and high quality. They are telling the truth when they say its 4x the size of a normal roll. I added a regular roll to show the size comparison. I appreciate that this brand plants trees to help the environment too.

    Product is poor quality and less of it for same pr

    First of all, any company that gives away product for 5 star reviews is questionable. I had been buying this to for years and noticed recently (last 6 months) that the quality is worse. It’s thin and the rolls in a multipack are not of the same quality. Also, the packaging has changed to be deceptive of the fact that you are now get slightly smaller rolls and less product - even though the labeling is the same as always. I’m in a 2 person household and the multipack I usually bought would last 6 weeks but now thanks to purchasing with a grocery app I can see that I have been buying the “same size and quantity “ monthly instead. This is deceptive and illegal!

    High quality, kid approved
