The new box design is what it is, but the important part is the feel of the tissues, the softness - these are not what they used to be. I still had the old design to compare to. These new tissues are crisper, thinner, and NOT AS SOFT. Not ultra soft anymore! And they seem to have a slight scent, which makes it not hyperallergenic. Really disappointed.

I have been using the 120–3 ply for at least 15 years Hate, Hate, Hate the new patterns on the boxes and thinking of now going to a different brand!!! Hate them so much, I refuse to put the boxes in my bathrooms, bedrooms or any other rooms. What were you guys thinking, the new patterns are extremely ugly

Kleenex is the only brand of tissueI I use. These are so soft, have no scent and are strong. When you have a cold they dont irritate your nose or make them sore.

From the number of reviews on how many of us long-time users dislike the new packaging design, the response of "Hey there. We understand that the new designs may not be everyone's cup of tea ..." seems more than disrespectful. For those of us who have been brand-loyal to you, Kleenex, we had, and have, other options. And we stuck with your brand. That response is not acceptable. From an old marketing exec, I can promise you the cost of offering the older design in addition to this new crap, is far cheaper to you than having us vote with our dollars and going to the other side. Clearly you don't value your long time customers.
