Why did you change these tissues? They were once actually soft and now feel like I’m blowing my nose on a scratchy public bathroom paper towel. Yes, they’re still durable, but the last few months they’ve been so stiff. I’d rather pay more for quality vs you taking the specs down to meet a price point.

Brand name quality & pretty designs? New bad scent?
I love these tissues. The designs are beautiful, which is especially helpful now that the Kleenex boxes have gotten so loud. The quality is equivalent to Kleenex. But our last multipack is scented. I hope that was a fluke or we’ll have to stop buying them.
