Everyday Facial Tissue - up&up™

It is okay and a good price.

As many other reviewers have said, the redesign of target facial tissues is a failure. They are rougher in texture, stick together when coming out of the box so you pull out three or four at a time. Like many others I was a loyal buyer of the previous version. I am scouting around now for a replacement because I won't be buying these again.

The new design of the box with a smaller opening to pull the tissues is lame. I have 1/4 left in the box and they no longer pull out in a chain. Thanks a lot for ruining a once practical product to save you money!

Don’t buy these tissues! These tissues have been wonderful for several years. The quality of these tissues has recently deteriorated to the point that I am going to have to buy my tissues elsewhere. They are rough, they are thin, they are attached to each other by the corner. They are horrible. Target must’ve changed suppliers.

This used to be the "up&up facial tissue" but they have redesigned the product to "everyday facial tissue" and it's significantly worse. It's much rougher than previously, I can easily tell the difference. The convenience of Target orders was nice but I guess I'm switching back to the local grocery store brand tissues.

Definitely can tell it’s not the popular brand that I’m accustomed to purchasing. Very thin but less expensive than name brand.

Target - please change these back! Same great quality tissues as always. The opening was made smaller where the tissues dispense. The tissue doesn't come out easy now once you're 2/3 through the box. It pulls the whole box with it and you need to use 2 hands. Please go back to the old style.

Softness I like, nothing else. They are too thin and have to be doubled and even then thy tear very easily. One of the boxes was full of tissue paper dust and it got everywhere.

Honestly people complaining “oh this is like sand paper!” are sooooo dramatic. Literally get a grip. This isn’t that different from the super soft. This does the job fine. It’s actually softer than I thought it would be.

These tissues are rougher than public school tissues.

Something has happened and Target has lowered the quality of their facial tissue. As many poor reviews have pointed out, these tissues are not truly cut individually, so they come out as one continuous string of tissues. There is definitely a rougher feel to their construction and good lord the lint they produce! The packaging gives a web address for comments that doesn't lead to a location for comments or concerns, which is very disappointing. We shop Target very regularly and my hope is that it isn't going to deteriorate with poo quality products now that we are hooked on shopping with them.

They redesigned this product recently. The opening in the box shrank and is way too narrow now. Tissues are crumpled up because they have to fit through this narrow opening. Also the tissues are all connected together so if you try to pull one, you could literally wind up pulling out every tissue in the box like a flippin' magician's sleeve.

These tissues are fine but the new packaging is awful. The boxes are all crushed before you even get them home. The designs are also so bad! What happened to neutral greys and beiges?

Bring back the old Up & Up tissues! It was my go to for years. Similar to other reviewers, I feel the new box redesign is terrible. The hole to take out the tissue is so much smaller and tissues rip or multiple ones come out. The cardboard box is more flimsy and the box gets dented or bent from normal use. That never happened with the old style box. And the tissues are not as soft. Huge fail!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like this was a steal. I love finding off brand items that are the same or better than the name brand ones. The tissues are thick and durable. I love the softest they have it does not leave your nose feeling sore if you need to use them for a cold. The cost was excellent. I loved the neutral colors and designs on the boxes they will fit in to most decor easily. Great find I received an incentive to write this review.

Sturdy but not soft tissues! The Up & Up ones were much better!!

With the change to the box design and updated branding, these tissues aren't quite the same. The dispenser opening on the new box design is much smaller (1/2 the size) as the old box design. Given that, I have had many tissues tear when starting a new box. It's hard to pull a tissue out through the smaller opening in a full box without it ripping. Sometimes the whole box lifts up when pulling one out. In addition, they don't feel quite as soft as before, but they aren't like sandpaper. There is a bit of a noticeable difference in softness, but not enough to lead me to use a different brand.

Up & Up brand everyday tissues used to be my go to. More cost effective than name brand, I've been buying the store brand at Target for many years. I am not loving this update to them however. The tissues are not quite as soft as they were before and seem to be connected to each other, so I often get multiple tissues when I just want one. This makes the cost savings with national brands less if I'm using more tissues that I'd like to. Not loving the way they dispense either and agree with others that it's hard to get the box started. I will likely be mostly buying national brands from wholesale stores now and only buy these if I have a last minute need. Disappointing, as I have always appreciated Target's store brand quality over the years. These are still better than other store brands, just not what I am used to from Target.
