  • A: The pop-up boxes are junk anyway! The reason we buy these is the Scott brand has the pop-up box. When it gets about half-empty, you have to cut the box open to get the tissues!

  • A: Thanks for your question. Puffs with Vicks are supposed to smell like Vicks Vaporub, but the rest of Puffs should be unscented. Having said that, we know paper products like facial tissues can be porous and can absorb odors around them. It is possible in the shipping, warehousing, or storage, if placed near highly perfumed or scented items, it could have picked it up.

    Yuck on the limited edition boxes

    The tissues are five stars. The limited edition box design is one star. It looks like it was designed for a kindergarten art project. I’ll be transferring the tissues to other containers because I’m not having these on display in my home. Imagine my disappointment when I saw them being loaded I to my car at pick up as these limited designs were not pictured in the app at the time. Please bring back soothing greens and blues.

    Falls apart in my nose

    I'm not going to buy your Kleenex anymore because it leaves pieces of tissue in my nose everytime I use it. I'm tired of picking little pieces of it from my nose. It does it everytime I use it.

    Not strong, falls apart

    This product has changed over the past few years. It rips easily, and the two plies often fall apart. It’s also not as soft as it was, and is no longer strong. Perhaps the name should change, or the product restored. It leaves little bits of tissues on my eyes and nose.

    Puff's Ultra Disintegrating Tissues!

    I've bought Puffs Ultra Strong tissues before but never from Target. The Puffs tissues fall apart and leave bits of tissue debris all over your face especially when damp. Not a good look when blowing your nose or wiping your face. These particular tissues are the worst I've ever used!

    I dislike this square option

    I could swear I ordered the rectangle size its the only one I buy more than one of square is for car and it lasts for months the rectangle ones I buy and use regularly I dislike square trying to pull out a single tissue seems impossible I always get triple or more than what I wanted such a waste.

    Partial sheets folded sheets

    Over the last few years Puffs Ultra Soft tissues’ quality has declined. The bottom several sheets are folded over and now there are many partial sheets.
