A: Thanks for your question. Puffs with Vicks are supposed to smell like Vicks Vaporub, but the rest of Puffs should be unscented. Having said that, we know paper products like facial tissues can be porous and can absorb odors around them. It is possible in the shipping, warehousing, or storage, if placed near highly perfumed or scented items, it could have picked it up.

Not Christmas boxes or “limited edition”. The store checked. It’s an error and they are all ugly prints, that ring up like this holiday print. Tissues are fine. But we needed the boxes specifically.

Package was left in the snow next to the road and not brought up to the house by a lazy FedEx driver. Package was soaking wet from the snow. Target reshipped, but sent the little square tissue boxes instead of the big ones that I originally ordered so I still didn't get what I paid for.....again.

Usually use the + lotion version and really like them. Even with how soft they are I still had an irritated nose when using while sick so I thought getting the ultra soft would be the way to go. These are actually less soft than the lotion version and seem less durable. Will be switching back for sure.

Please bring back your 3 ply ultra tissues! If we accidentally washed 1 in a pocket it would still come out of the washing machine cleaned AND in 1 piece, not all shredded like any other tissue….pleeeease!
