A:Â It arrives how you see it. The 10 boxes are shrinkwrapped because they are individual.

Q: Has anyone else noticed a bad odor on the Kleenex right out of the box? I keep smelling a mildew or wet dirty dog smell in my Kleenexes with my last order.

I have used Kleenex for many years. PLEASE change the exterior box designs. These are hideous. My only choice right now is to try and find a box cover for them. Ridiculous. After reading the reviews, looks like I’m not the only one.

As my young kids are constantly getting sick, I’m willing to spend more money on softer tissues. When my go-to product was discontinued, I tried a few others, however, all were not soft enough comparatively. However, the ultra-soft is a good replacement and will my new go-to tissues.

I am so disappointed with the box redesign. I had used this brand and size for years. The new color design is horrendous and matches nothing in the rooms I put them in. Alas, I have had to switch brands due to this. I honestly do not know what you were thinking.

I agree...as a 40+ year consumer ... love your Kleenex brand and your product is great but the boxes are poor..... and I refuse to buy your latest box designs... they do not go with any decor and the prints are to bright and loud! Please bring back your pastel and soft colors of your previous design... I also don't care for inspirations boxes as decor either. sorry.. I am buying others for now...

After 40+ years of Kleenex, you have managed to drive me to another brand with the new box designs. A box of tissue is not a design element nor a focal point. Judging from the number of negative reviews, it appears you may need to rethink your decision - quickly.

I’ve used Kleenex tissues for years. I try to by in designs that coordinate with my decor. I’m not a fan of the bright fruit designs that are in the stores right now. Bring back prettier colors.

I recently tried the Kleenex Ultra Soft Tissues and I absolutely love them! They are great for a runny nose or even watery eyes, as they are soft, gentle, yet strong at the same time. I also really like that the tissues are dye-free and have no added fragrance. The new box design is also super cute, I just love it! I would definitely recommend this product to others.

We only buy the kleenex brand in our household. They're really soft and they don't tear your nose up. These are great to have and carry on your car, purse, lunchbox, ATV's, golf cart, your pocket, and anywhere else you can fit them. They don't make your nose red from rubbing or blowing your nose so much. We always have them no matter where we go. Its nice to have them just incase you need them. My son gets bloody noses more than he should, so it's nice knowing someone will always have a pack with them.

I love these tissues, but I hate the new box designs. I have completely stopped buying Kleenex and I will not buy them again until you give options for something that isn’t so hideous. It is not worth it.
