  • A: I'm noticing that they are rolled much more loosely. The roll appears to be about the same size in diameter, but is less tightly wound. A roll lasts about half as long as it used to. This is a way to execute "shrinkflation."

    They changed!

    They changed them and they’re super thin now and feel almost like a padded one ply. Which sucks because I bought the big pack. This definitely will make me switch brands next time. :(

    Not Really Mega

    I've purchased Cottonelle many times, but this time I'm not impressed. This "Mega" one has only 284 single ply sheets, making it look like a regular size. To compare it to 4 Regular rolls is deceiving. As a comparison, the XL Soft has 336 double ply sheets. I won't buy this again.

    Texture changed to rough and scratchy?

    I’ve been using Cottonelle for close to 10 years. But something about this product has definitely changed recently. This TP was previously soft and effective. However, my last two packages have been extremely rough and irritating to my skin. I think an analogy may work best. Imagine grabbing a sheet of your paper towels from the kitchen and using it as your toilet paper. Sadly, that is literally what this TP now feels like when using. It is now very uncomfortable. Please bring back the previous softer texture.

I suffer with IBS and this toilet paper really takes on the job without crumbling and creating a mess. It is easy to tear when you are trying to due to the perforations and absorbs like no other!

    This toilet paper is very weak. It claims to be 3 times thicker and stronger. It is thick but is very weak. It breaks apart in your hands while using it. You end up using more paper than you would use if you used a thinner brand. It says ultra clean but leaves lots of residue on hands, body and undergarments. It's not worth the money.
