Some rolls are like sandpaper!

Very inconsistent quality and texture not only from package to package, but many times from roll to roll within the same package. There are some rolls that are like sandpaper and this is supposed to be ultra gentle.

Quality has gone straight into the toilet.

Quality problems. The roll perforations do not line up and the roll delaminates leaving a thin layer that tears and fragments. This is marketed as a premium product, but I could do better with Scott single ply doubled up. I have watched the quality of this product decline for years, having started using it ten years ago or more. It started with the removal of the lotion from the paper and now they cannot even get the double ply correct. Four of a six roll pack are unusable.
