Q: How do I know if this are the cube boxes

A: I have bought these before. They are the long boxes not the cube ones. The cubes thend to have less in them. This is they only type of tissues that I use. I have really bad allergies and these tissues keep my nose from drying out and getting red. Love them!

I’m pretty picky about my tissue choices, so finding these has been great. They’re soft but not slippery, sturdy for actual use, and don’t have any fragrance to bother an already sensitive sinus system. Packaging could be a bit better, but these work well enough.

When you’re sick there is nothing worse than getting dry and broken skin from wiping your nose too much. These tissues are so much better than any other tissue I’ve ever tried. I go out of my way to recommend them to anyone I know who is sick. I lived in Europe for several years and didn’t have access to these tissues and really had to suffer a lot through colds!

I usually get the ultra soft kind, but Puffs Plus Lotion has been such a game changer- my whole family got sick at the same time and several days in our noses haven’t been rubbed raw. Would definitely recommend these for your sick day or allergy season needs. They’re soft, help protect your skin, hold up to vigorous nose blowing, and are sturdy enough to not get too gross too fast.

The package had all of the same unattractive design on them. I've never seen a package that had all boxes with the same exact design until now. The white with gray diamond shapes all over. Puffs, please come up with new, prettier designs. I like the tissues though. The lotion keeps our noses from getting sore.

Let's just say that there is ALWAYS a need for puffs tissue. They absorb quite well and are durable. Although there is lotion to help with keeping softness, there's no scent to aggravate allergies . Packaging comes in all sizes and are eco friendly

Just opened a box of 8 and not only do they feel thinner but they have an odd smell. Not like the puffs I've been using for years. Also they aren't nearly as soft. :(

These have long been my favorite tissue, BUT you can’t get them out of the dang box. They don’t pop up anymore. New technique of folding the entire stack doesn't work. Switching to store brand 🤷🏼♀️Fixit and I will be back,

If everything goes according to plan, when you pull out a Puffs tissue, only one should come out at a time and it also lifts another up with it. Essentially, there should always be a tissue at the ready. Try and make sure you grab the edge of the tissue only and a steady even pull is the best way to get one tissue at a time. Also due to humidity variations the first few tissue from a new box may result in getting more than one tissue at a time. Puffs Plus Lotion has always been my go-to facial tissue. The last several boxes I purchased were not up to the Puffs’ quality I have always appreciated. Every third tissue or so feels like cheap wrapping tissue paper. Not soft at all. I’m sadly disappointed.

Can only buy cubes that are not sanitary due to the fact everyone who uses them has to touch the cubes. Also the first few tissues are shredded trying to get them out of the box. Wish you would go back to boxes.

We have high standards for every part of our packaging process, but it is possible that when the bundle of tissue was being inserted into the carton it could have shifted slightly, causing the issue you’re experiencing with dispensing. As you continue dispensing tissues, it should become easier to pull them out smoothly. Once there’s a little more room in the carton it should allow the bundle to shift back where it should be for proper dispensing.
