Q: Why can’t this be used on rayon? What particular ingredient in this product is the reason behind not being able to use it on rayon?
A: When rayon comes into contact with vinegar or other products with a low pH level, it can cause shrinkage or other distortions. This is because the rayon fibers tighten up when exposed to low pH.

Q: I don’t see on the website how many loads in a bottle
A: Thanks for reaching out to us. As of the 2021 relaunch, both 9 Elements Laundry Detergent and 9 Elements Purifying Softener no long state the number of loads per bottle. The reason for this is is because these figures are approximate and can vary based on how much product is used each time. To get the most out of the bottle, make sure to follow the dosing directions.
