If your laundry detergent smells different than usual and the liquid looks odd, it might be because the product was exposed to extreme heat or cold. Also, fragrance can fade if the container has been opened for a long time also, using the product within a year is recommended. Storing it in a cool, dry place helps keep it fresh. I ordered this product on line I had to go to the store and by it myself because per your delivery person this item was out and canceled this product. I actually went to the Target that I ordered online from and brought it myself. This item was never out of stock for the person to cancel this product. I’m not a happy customer
